Now more than ever, as we have been dealing with change and pressure on a macro level, it’s vital that we learn to tap into our ability to face challenges and keep moving forward. Resilience is fuelled by optimism and self-compassion and it enables us to push through the glass ceiling, no matter what is happening around us.
